Lots of people say cheer isnt a sport.

I do soccer, basketball, and cheer. I definitely think cheer is the hardest out of all 3.

Try doing a back handspring or a standing back tuck, there not all so simple

I am one a level 3 cheer team, here is what you need for it.

  1. standing back handspring
  2.  standing back tuck
  3. round off back tuck
  4. round off backhandspring
  5. ariel
  6. punch front

if you want to get these fast work around 3 days a week. they take time, practice, percision, and you have to be brave.

lots of parents make there children quick because they get hurt to much

You should try cheer bc it gets your heart and muscles going and it is a sport.
